As you can see in screenshot, back up button is disabled and it always shows waiting for backup but never starts the backup.
This problem is present in both Android 9 and Android 10 beta.
Phone is not rooted, and bootloader is locked.
Also tried full reset & everything.
Asus developers are useless. Can't fix any bugs. Took 1 year and still can't deliver Android 10.
While Max Pro M1 was the first phone to get Custom ROM of Android 10 stable.
Hire better developers from xda.
