Why is rog phone 2 keep switching off again and again while charging? any solution (my warranty is out)

Check if your phone is on the latest software version. Check under settings => About => Software information.
Factory reset your phone once if the issue is still not solved visit service center.

I won't visit service center because I'm 100% sure that they will turn my phone in piece of solid brick

@ARP_ASUS have been helping getting these through to Service Centre.
The other way if you don't really want to go to the Service Centre is downgrade to A9. The issue doesn't seem to affect alot of people on A9 and there have been some who had their restart issue getting fixed by going to the Service Centre.
