Bukannya setiap model ponsel mempunyai kodenya masing2?

So will this device be okay? If I update and only follow official updates?

Or should I return it as before? On system 9?

Because honestly I really like my current device

Please give appropriate directions.

thank you

Hi umamdarmawan
Thank you for your reply. Kindly provide the information below so that we can better assist you.
1. Is your device ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL)?
2. Is your currently firmware version V16.0615.2005.130 or V16.0615.2006.131?
Settings>System>About Phone>Software information

If so, you may visit ZenFone 5 official website
https://www.asus.com/mobile/phones/all-series/ZenFone-5/HelpDesk_BIOS/
and manual download ZE620KL Android 10 Beta Version for WW/JP SKU Version V17.0615.2005.25 into the root directory, aka the outermost place, of the internal storage>Reboot>Tap "the system update" notification.

If you still used to the interface design and performance of Android 9 system, you may remain on Android 9 or downgrade from Android 10 Beta to Android 9 by the following steps below:
1. Download "Version Android 10 downgrade to P" and then put the image file into the root directory of the MicroSD card.
https://www.asus.com/Phone/ZenFone-5-ZE620KL/HelpDesk_BIOS/
2. Insert MicroSD card into phone and then power off the device.
3. Long press with "Power" key and "Volume Down" key together and stop after feel the vibration to enter Recovery Mode
4. Use "Volume Down/Up" key and press "Power" key to choose "Apply update from external storage"
5. Select the downgrade file
6. When the updating process is done, Choose "Wipe data/factory reset" and tap"Yes" to perform the master clear.
7. "Wipe cache partition" > "Yes"
8. "Reboot system now"

thank you for all the solutions. but I still have questions regarding the Android 10 bug that appears on the ZenFone 5 ZE620KL regarding the sound produced by the cellphone is very small. sometimes I don't hear it when my call or message comes in. maybe there is a solution you can give me to solve the sound problem?

The volume in 10beta is lower than 9. It is up to your preference. If you dislike, you can downgrade.
