botboy444Well by using hex editor,I push the phones potential to the max and keep a stable 90 FPS on ultra HD with water reflections on realistic,it is the only phone by far that can accomplish that, and since 47 Celsius doesn't burn me,I can keep winning and winning with stylehttps://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/144166#Comment_144166
pubg doesnt actually have a 90fps ultraHD mode, neither does genshin... lol

Mines not stable 60, but it can dip to between 45 and 60 for 2 seconds and then back to 60 most of the time, but its still not stable 60, which is fine, it looks great at high with 60fps, toasty too!

There are tutorials on YouTube if you want to try it for yourself
And what you said about Genshin impact is indeed true

AveranThere is a reason for it as well. The drivers that ASUS are using in their Rog3 phone are actually optimized and generally offer much better frametimes. I did test the latest drivers vs the optimized Rog3 drivers and it was very noticable how the Rog3's frametimes were much superior to the stock and newer adreno drivers, so even compared to other Adreno 650 out there even at the same clockspeed the Rog3 will be noticably more smooth in terms of gameplay, it's especially noticable in genshin, the difference is quite impressive.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/144236#Comment_144236
I read that article on XDA a while ago don't really remember which one now
It was stated in the comment section in response to a question
I do vaguely remember that he said rog 3 is the best phone right now to get the most performance out of graphically intensive games like genshin

AveranHave to redo the reply as this forum system is quite dumb at times when editing posts.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/144236#Comment_144236

nightmaster552So if I choose game driver out of system graphics driver or prerelease driver,I will get better FPS?https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/144240#Comment_144240

There is a reason for it as well, the ASUS adreno drivers are heavily optimized vs the stock and newer Adreno drivers out there. The Rog3 has noticably better frametimes which makes it a much better experience, even against other Adreno 650 GPU's out there the Rog3 does a better job across the board in terms of gaming not only because of the higher clockspeed but also because of the much improved driver. I did test the newest adreno drivers on the Rog3 and noticed much worse frametimes which resulted in a much worse experience, when reverted back to the original Rog3 drivers games had much superior frametimes.
