I regret buying mine as well. So I brought it to their service center in Robinsons Galleria this morning for checking and they asked me to leave the phone with them. They said they have access to a more updated FW compared to what's accessible to the public and that they will try to update it to see if it will resolve the issue. I have no means to disprove what they're saying so I just went along. I'll make follow up tomorrow if they don't reach out to me first.
I just bought this 2 days ago and it's absurd I have to go through this already. If they can fix it, fine. If not, I'll be demanding a refund so I can buy a different phone that's not as problematic as this.
