My zenfone 6 is boot looping. When it starts up mobile signal is absent (or SIM is not recognized) and it restarts itself. Wifi can connect to a network but it cannot use internet (for example if you go to a web page it can't load it).

Can you help me?

What phone and FW do you have? When did this start happening and how long does it take for the phone to restart?
Do you have time to reset the phone?

Firmware: The One before last update
This error is happening since last week. I've tried a reset but it didn't worked. Now my phone is under analysis at Asus Shop (Italy) and then I think they send me another one that works.

Yeah, it's most likely an hardware issue and regardless if it's HW or SW, they're going to fix it
