Quality of service, my phone's condition when it came back from asus service center
Just got my phone back from asus service center after the ramdump incident. This is what greeted me. Dents and pry marks on the frame and back case.
So what do you think asus offered me with this issue:
A. Replace with a new unit
B. Refund
C. Replace the back cover only.

Oh its funny haha. Ive just watched the youtube video of gigabyte's issue with their power supply, where it explodes and they blamed the users using it wrong.haha

@irvin I edited your post and removed a picture that was showing your device serial number and IMEI numbers. Please be mindful when uploading pictures to Zentalk in case they might contain personal information.

On a general note for other users finding this thread: If your device has been returned to you from service and you find that it has been damaged during the repair process, please reach out to the service center in question.
