Since I updated the latest update and the boardMic 3 is not working well. Every time I try to record a video the sound is low even though the volume on maximum and I tested it. What is the problem with it and the solution?!

Are you using an earphone/headphone? If not, do try as it could be the background noise around you.
If you hear fan like sound, go to Armoury Crate and press on Console. Press and enable on Disable fan when mic is active.

I tried to use earphones also the sound is the same so low there is no noises it's just when i record a video i can't hear almost anything

Yes nothing helped!:(
