My phone started freezing and restart suddenly whatever am doing. I already factory reset it before the issue happens

Hi! My asus freeze and turns off completely after that and restart and it happend 4 times now while I open tik tok

Since the latest update my phone drain is ridiculously fast. I used to charge it once a day now I charge it 3 times !! The screen uses the most of battery by 20% !!! How do I fix this issue ?

Since I updated the latest update and the boardMic 3 is not working well. Every time I try to record a video the sound is low even though the volume on maximum and I tested it. What is the problem with it and the solution?!
