Any one has any idea how to remove the notification limitations from all applications in Asus 5Z?

That's not a limit imo

That's more like how many notifications you get from that app on an average weekly

No I'm not able to get the notifications from these applications, inspite of turning everything on

Check with your auto start manager if paytm is denied there.

Try to toggle it up and allow it to keep running in background if you want notification from this app.
