Zenfone 7 Pro: Widevine L1 downgraded to L3

Model: Zenfone 7 Pro ZS671KS / ASUS_I002D
Firmware: 29.13.7.47
Not rooted. L3 appears now permanently. Netflix version 7.81.1 build 19 35189
Hi, few days ago I had Widevine L1 in Netflix. Yesterday I realized it's only L3 now after the app had problem starting. I cleared Netflix cache memory and reinstalled it, restarted the phone. Netflix works fine now but it's still on Widevine L3.
I don't know what could have cause it. Weirdly, by accident I also upgraded my modem/router yesterday as well.

I'll send you a PM
Hi Anders, thank you for reaching out. I am using this forum for the first time and deleted your PM by accident. When I try to send the message it says "You don't have a permission to do that."
Could you please send one more PM? I apologize for the trouble.
Anyone? I cannot reply to the message any more.
Thank you Anders_ASUS for forwarding my message to support ! Very nice forum here =)
I also got level 3 after netflix did not open. I got the error: Unable to connect to netflix. Please try again. I tried opening twice and then closed the app and then it finally opened, then I checked to find my widevine level had gone from 1 to 3. @Anders_ASUS could this issue be directly related to netflix?
(Edit : Wrong thread sorry)
Model: Zenfone 7 Pro ZS671KS
Firmware: 29.14.53.14
Not rooted, bootloader never unlocked.
L3 appears suddenly permanently, even after multiple reboots. 14 days ago it was on L1, didn't know what happens to switch to L3.
My ZenFone 7 pro is also at widevine L3
I am at the beta program, is that the cause still? 30.40.30.60 and latest netflix
According to XDA, it's a bug with the SoC that affects certain units. You need to send it back to Asus to fix. It's basically a recall.

I'm looking at it now and I also have an L3. I wonder if anyone from Asus can help to convert to L1. My set 30.40.30.60 never root
It's fixed now in latest A10 update
I love it is tuned in Android 10. I look forward to tuning in A11 ...
