Mobile data not working

In addition to information above, please also provide as much details as you can, e.g., using scenario, what troubleshooting you've already done, screenshot, etc.


Since last update of today ( 05 august 2020) mobile data is not working anymore. 4G icon is not displayed if I turn on the data and internet's not working. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your asking. Due to the latest version is WW-, what is your current firmware version? Settings>System>About Phone>Software information

    Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:

    1. Try to insert the SIM port without SIM card, then out the SIM card in and re-insert again.

    2. Clean your SIM card softly with air compressed can,

    3. Does the SIM card work in other device? Try to change another SIM card for cross-testing.

    4. Please try reset Network: Settings>System>Reset options>Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

    5. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)

    Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.

    6. Please try SMMI test, and provide me the result

    Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIMCard Test/SIM Signal Test/Wi-Fi Test
