When I delete a large size file or an app the phone hangs and is left completely unresponsive. Force shutdown by holding power button is needed to get it back working again.

Yes. Even I am using Max Pro M2 for a year now and I think this bug came with Android 9 Pie. Also there is one more bug when the phone just hangs up when the device storage becomes full.
