  4. Frequency of Occurrence: repeatedly
  5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): Phone & Version 40.0.275948326

Sir the issue is when someone call and if we decline it the notification for the call remains as it is , this issue is coming after update to the latest version
