charlyjohnybravoUnfortunately, yes we really need to change phones after lockdown. I am already warning some of my friends who wants to buy an asus phone. All the firmware updates are basically downgrades to make us buy new phones immediately, sadly I wont buy another asus phone in my life. Their laptops are good but not phones smh
- Model Name: Asus Zenfone max pro m1.
- Firmware Version: don't know.
- Rooted or not: not.
- Frequency of Occurrence: Few days back.

Cant asus support customers like me remotely? Is it that difficult to recover a soft brick android device? This happened after firmware update with build number .06? Can someone tell me why ASUS treat their customers like SH*T when all these issues has caused only because of their faulty firmware? Is this how ASUS always treat their customers?
My phone is dead and ASUS asks to wait till Lockdown ENDS!
