My phone is dead and ASUS asks to wait till Lockdown ENDS!

- Model Name: Asus Zenfone max pro m1.
- Firmware Version: don't know.
- Rooted or not: not.
- Frequency of Occurrence: Few days back.

Cant asus support customers like me remotely? Is it that difficult to recover a soft brick android device? This happened after firmware update with build number .06? Can someone tell me why ASUS treat their customers like SH*T when all these issues has caused only because of their faulty firmware? Is this how ASUS always treat their customers?

Unfortunately, yes we really need to change phones after lockdown. I am already warning some of my friends who wants to buy an asus phone. All the firmware updates are basically downgrades to make us buy new phones immediately, sadly I wont buy another asus phone in my life. Their laptops are good but not phones smh
