Greetings everyone,
I have ROG phone 2 and it's tencent games edition,
But the phone is preinstalled with WW version of Android 9.
Now I can't either update to CN nor WW version of the update.. and obviously no update over OFTA.
I contacted customer service but they couldn't help me out.
If anyone can give me a way or guide to how to update without failure I'll appreciate it.

Can't update to android 10

Yes, because this combination is nothing we have released to the market.. however you may google around or search here (there is a PSA stickied ) , you would be able to find some answers on how to do.
