Tombol Navigasi Tidak bisa Dipencet, Status bar yang kedua tidak muncul

Permisi mau tanya. Hp Saya Asus zenfone 4 max pro. Saya mau minta solusi, bagaimana ya cara ngatasin status bar yang ke dua gak muncul jadi kalo mau ngaktifin data gak bisa, dan di status bar tertulis tidak ada pemberitahuan jadi jika ada notif dari aplikasi tidak keluat di status bar adanya cuman bunyi. Dan juga masalah keduanya ada di tombol navigasinya. Yang berfungsi cuman tombol backnya doang. Tombol home sama recent nya gk fungsi. Tolong bantuannya 🙏

    If you are asking about the notification settings of ZE520KL, kindly follow the steps below:

    Settings>Apps & notifications

    If you want to change each app into different notification settings,

    Settings>Apps & notifications>App info>choose the app you want, e,g. Chrome>App notifications


    For the home button and the recent function don't work issue, kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:

    1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.

    2. Also, please try "the Factory Reset" 

    Settings>System>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
