Model: ZE620KL
RAM: 6G
Firmware/APP Version: WW_user_90.11.162.50_20190326
Frequency of Occurrence: Always
Rooted: No
APP Name: Android Auto
My Honda 2018 CRV won't accept my phone -- no error message, nothing. Is there a workaround available? I've had my phone for a few months and am very happy with it, but I was hoping to use Android Auto and it's very disappointing if I can't. Will downgrading to Android 8 help?

Now it won't connect to audio bluetooth either. It worked before the Android 9 upgrade on audio (I didn't try Android Auto before 9).

Hi alfred.rodi,
Good day.
When does this problem start to happen?
Could you help me to confirm that your car is compatible with Android Auto?
If yes. Please kindly restore and reinstall the Android Auto app and please plug in your smartphone using a USB cable and Android Auto will launch automatically.
Here're tips for Android Auto-FAQ: https://www.android.com/auto/faq/
If this problem still appears, please kindly let us know. Thank you.
