I don't understand what the issue is. Do you mean that the camera flips 90% but you have to move the module by hand the last 10%?
Can you take a video from another device to show us what is going on?

does caliberating helps??? and also remove the sound with flip camera and try

after you close the camera. Use retract camera option from notification pull down option. See if this is working.
