Please guide me since we are in lockdown and my phone front speaker I am unable to hear then I have to switch to speaker mode

Yes the problem remains the same , I don't understand how it's happening suddenly since my phone was working in good condition
Settings -> Assistance -> FAQ -> Exam/check device
Do the receiver and speaker test and see if you hear anything !

then do single test, then choose which one you want to test(in this case, you have to choose receiver test)

did you mean the earpiece?
if you didn't hear anything, then try restart the phone, if the problem still exist, it might be the hardware problem, sent your device to asus service center.
Maybe the mods will suggest you to try reset factory before told you to sent your device to service center.

Yes but the problem is we are lockdown due to corona virus and I am not able to work from home because of the issue

Have you checked this in settings?
Go to settings: 1) Advanced;
2) Private Listening and turn on 3) Sound Recorder.
Just tried doing it Private listening still not able to hear from the earpiece
Then it's the hardware problem unfortunately you have to wait for the lockdown to get over so that you can go to asus service center
Just wanted to say as my phone was not dropped nor any droplets of water enter to phone aal of sudden the speaker went off

Sorry to hear about your problem in the midst of the lockdown. It's all Asus's fault, they made a big blunder when they launched this device - seems most of the devices had not gone through QC check properly, this is my second replaced 6Z device and last Asus device. Not going to buy again for sure. I see lot of people having similar hardware issues. The numbers speak for itself.
cheers bro, other users got more dangerous hardware problem like motherboard faulty, cannot charge, cannot booting, fast charging not working anymore, etc
just sent your device to service center if there is no lockdown anymore
Hope so if the warranty won't expired till I reached the asus center once the lockdown is lifted .

The only advice we can give with the current situation is that you factory reset your phone. If that doesn't help, then you must wait for the lock down to end so you can visit our repair center
