no option of NFC while sharing files.

I have enabled NFC option but it is not showing.

NFC sharing aka android beam is a thing of the past. Only few brands offer this feature today. Unfortunately, Google hasn't replaced it with anything better. You will have to use one of the options in your screenshot or download a new 3rd party app on both devices for file sharing

Regarding NFC

Download SHAREIT app from play store . It's very usefull in sharing. But u will get damn full of ads in that
