After receiving new update i can't hear calls on earphones.
I first thought it was fault of earphones but then i tried on other earphone and i faced same issue
Does the earphone have a built in mic? If not, try one with a built in mic.
My one earphone has built in mic
We've spotted an issue that if you are using earphones without built-in mic , your description of issue will occur.
Using headsets with mic (3.5mm) will work.
This will get fixed.

Hmm. I've tried multiple earphones and they work fine. Have you tried another set?
Yup. I have tried these 4 earphones
1. Provided in box
2. Boat rockers 400(using aux)
3.boat nirvaana deuce
4. JBL c100
And still problem continues
And main thing is why provide such buggy earphones in box.
Annoying. You might have to try a factory reset, I guess. Unless someone else has another idea. Or wait till the next update coming in the next few weeks and see if that fixes it for some reason.

Normal calls are OK
Bluetooth headset calls are OK? (If you have had the chance to try)
3.5mm calls, with mic = not ok.
This is through SIM calling - and a factory reset did not help?
Which network operator are you using and country?
We might need a device log to further figure out what is wrong
