Clear cache to all apps.
Restart in Safe mode.
Restart again.

_jis_Just curious, when you suggest this do you have to manually clear the cache to each app one at a time or is there a way to wipe the cache of all apps at once?@durv150315@gmail.com Please take a look at this my post and try the steps to see if it helps.
