I recently updated to Android 10 and I'm not able to open display settings in settings app. It keeps crashing.
I always hate this part.
Wish ASUS had a option to reset phone without clearing the internal storage data just like OnePlus oxygen OS has. This makes resetting phone much easier and faster.
Transferring data backup back and forth from the computer is a very tedious job as It easily takes around 3-4 hours for me in one sitting.
I beg @Anders_ASUS to please take my request and add this extremely helpful setting. ????
The current short-term solution is as follows: Drop-down menu > Edit > Add "dark theme"; After the new addition is successful, you can resume normal after switching once.
I am not facing that issue please try to clear ur catche
I hear your feedback. That's a good quality of life suggestion.
Thank you so very much.
Just curious to know when can we expect this feature to make it's way in the Asus 6Z?
Thank you man!
That actually worked like magic. ??
I suggested it to the team, and at this point its up to them whether it becomes a reality or not. Even I don't understand the mystical ways that the software team chooses what features to add. ;)
I'm facing the same display settings bug. Don't want to risk hard resetting without some confirmation that it will work.
Worked for me.. thank you!
Worked for me too, thank you!
I had the same problem!
Adding dark mode to the drop-down menu fixed the bug. I can open the setting for display now.
Same here. Crashes...
Did you noticed that solution is already present right in this thread?
I just came back to check, and your post made a quick shortcut to find it. Thank you! Adding DarkMode to quick settings menu in notification drop down solved the problem.
