This phone is supposed to support dual SIM as written on the box and confirmed by the specs online (can't post links since I'm new here). I've had it for more than a year and it's been working fine so far (with 1 SIM and a micro SD card), but now I'm trying to install a second SIM card and it does not seem to fit. I'm supposed to remove the SD and use the SD card slot with a nano SIM put perpendicularly to the position that the SD card used to have, but the slot is just too small.
Some pictures attached, hoping that the issue is clear.
Am I doing this wrong? Or, is my SIM defective (too big)? My phone defective?
