(setttings>system > about phone > software information > build number)
Have you tried to restore the music player?
(settings > apps & notifications > app info> music player> storage & memory >clear data and cache.)
If this problem still appears, please kindly tell me which player do you use.
If possible, please also upload your music files for our reference.
