Strip on screen

I've asus zenfone max pro m1...n as soon as I switch to video mode a blueish strip appears on screen ...any solutions...it doesn't come in camera mode

That problem occurred again..n this time clearing cache didn't helped...is there problem with camera?

Try settings>apps & notifications>upper right corner three dots>reset app pteferences. If still it remains than please try all above suggested steps again.
After following all above steps problem still it stays than please Check with safe mode. If you see issue there as well if yes, than please factory data reset.
As Android 10 is beta version so it could not be stable. & only Workaround for this is just factory data reset by going to👇
Settings>system>reset options>erase all data.
Note:- please dont forget to backup your important data before you factory data reset.
And if reset still dint fix it than no other option than to downgrade on stable version of Android 9.
Android 10 will not be maintained anymore for max series so this will always stay as it is.

Even after downgrading if you see same problem again than you can confirm that this has something to do with camera and can be hardware.
Also please see with SIMMI test whats behaviour there
Open calculator>press .12345+= > please select single test
& now see what is behaviour of camera there is there any strip. If yes than safemode>factory data reset>downgrade as explained above.
