Sir my name is Prashant , I'm using Asus Zenfone max M2, I'm facing the problem of my phone is switched off automatically if the cpu temperature reach above 45°c , when I use phone on sunny day it will switched off automatically, and when I use phone at cold conditions like at night it working properly ,sir pls tell me what goes wrong with my phone and what should I do?
I can't play pubg in day time bcoz it get switched off after some time when it little heating , but in night, there is cold temperatures it run normally
Plz give me guidance to resolve this problem
Phone automatically shut down
Try factory data reset once and see if restart issue stops above 45°c of heating.
Settings>System>reset options>erase all data
Please dont forget to backup your important data Before you factory reset
Even after reset problem remains than please take your device to nearest service centre AEAP because there may be some other defective component in hardware which may be triggering this problem only above 45°c only
