Not detecting sim cards

Today I had been changed sim cards and thereafter cellphone is not detecting any of sim card or sd card

What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About > Software information > Build number) Please kindly test it under safe mode. (safe mode: https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1005163) Also please check whether the tray is deformed. Thank you 🙂
