Please check if there is fingerprint option in Settings > Security & location > Fingerprint.
Then, please try rebooting your phone and check if there is the fingerprint option.
If not, please show me a screenshot of the security & location page.
Could you tell us your firmware version? Did the fingerprint option disappear after updating firmware?
