You said to get help from an Asua service center. I talked to Asus Türkiye officials by phone. They said, "We cannot provide technical support for phones older than 5 years." Am I the one making mistakes when I use my phone for more than 5 years? Or is the authorized service faulty if it does not support phones older than 5 years? I complain about this attitude of Asus Turkey.
