hello I bought max pro m1 last night my device has 2 problems 1- charging 0-100% takes 6 hours 2- its handsfree can't match phone completly and Increase volume Suddenly ! What's wrong?:'(

The latest version for ZB602KL is WW_16.2017.1906.055 1.Did you use official charger and cable? 2.Does this problem occur even when you connect to different device? Please help to confirm,thank you:)
