Yeah lets say they support the zc553kl but how do i on VOLTE to shown up in top right of notification bar?

If your carrier supports Volte, Then by default you will see option to turn it on in your mobile network settings. Here you just need to toggle it up when available and then you will definetly see volte on top right nearby network bars on notification bar.
Please see below screenshot how and where will you see volte option to be turned on and where is icon(volte icon will be varying as you own Zenui 4/5) visible. (my icon is from Zenui 6 with my Zenfone 5z)👇👇

Yeah my carrier supported volte but only compatible devices can use volte calls if i change firmware can volte works?
