Factory reset i think is not much affected . If Their Mentioned That You Need To Hard Reset Then By Restoring From Recovery Mode Is Called Hard Reset

Just found a solution for stock cam not working
Go to app= camera= force stop = disable = enable = restart then your good to go hope this works for you as it works for me

I have Updated my Zenfone Max M2 with Android 10, after complete install it shows Enter Pin to Unlock, when i enter pin, it shows wrong pin even if i enter right pin,
How to Over come with this issue
