Hello, after this new firmware update, I dont exactly know but after I updated it. A few days later im experiencing slow charging and idle battery drain. They after a few days again, I saw another firmware update which is the latest 2017.2004.063. Now Ive downloaded and installed it. Still no effect of the charging and battery drain. So I factory reset my phone to see if its the apps thats causing problems but still no. Everytime I woke up ( the battery at 90% ) it would be dead. Its been happening for atleast 4days now. But suddenly, as of right now. I also woke up with my phone dead. ITS CURRENTLY DEAD, like It wont even charge. When I am trying to charge it, the LED indicator of charging will light up for a second then be gone after that the screen starts flashing white non stop. Any solutions? I got this phone for almost 16 months now, rarely been dropped ( 3x max with case ) I just woke up and It wont start charging, I cant get to any service center because of the lockdown here. Please help

Please try charging with different chargers and cables.
We advise that you check if you could still transfer data to PC via USB cable and try to back up data.
If the problem still appears, we would advise that you have the unit sent in for an assessment and servicing where necessary.

Hi! I am having the same issue to my Max Pro M1, what charger do you recommend? I cant find original asus charger online and I cant go out because of quarantine.

Thank you for your asking. Have you tried the Factory Reset? Because you are now in quarantine, please try any charger you could find. Furthermore, could you provide me your battery issue details? Which model do you have?
