zenfone max pro m1 lags when battery is at 10%

My issue is while playing high end games like pubg, my phone lags drastically while my battery is at 10%. Moreover i even experienced my phone switching off by itself on several occasions even when i have more then 50%charge, which i think is not healthy for the phone. Please help

Kindly mention the firmware version clearly. If it's updated to the latest firmware (Version WW-16.2017.1912.060 ) and the issue still persists, you can visit the nearest service center for further assistance. You need to know that the phone automatically minimizes its performance when battery reaches the mentioned percentage if the battery saver is kept on.
