It is the current capacity of the battery of your device estimated by the App. It is estimated by monitoring the charge speed, charge rate and the discharge rate of the battery.
Battery degradation is caused by
1. How much time the battery has been charged.
2. The temperature at which the battery operates.
3. Lithium ion batteries degrades over time.
So the battery degradation is totally normal since you have bought this device January 2019.
