Hi edsantos0609 What's your phone’s firmware version (Settings > About phone> Build number) Please make sure that your phone is up to date. Have you tried it under "safe mode"? Please help testing your phone GPS functionality under safe mode. In safe mode, only the factory pre-installed applications will be loaded.
