Very slow charging after Pie update

I got the official Pie update on my Max Pro M1 6gb version yesterday 28th May 2019. Everything seems ok except the charging on the same original charger is taking too long time. After 5 hours on charger the phone got charged only 60%. On the same charger I use to get 100% chraging in 2 hours. Nothing is changed except official upgrade to Pie . Pls help asap

Maybe you can go to customer service, i think the problem is on charger

Hi aniket.sg, After 5 hours on charger the phone got charged only 60% --> What battery level did you start to charge from? Were you using the phone while charging at the same time? Please check how long it takes charging from 0% to 100% while keeping the phone in sleep mode without using the phone. Thank you 🙂
