knp ya setelah update firmware, sinyal 4G hilang utk sim1. kalo di switch ke sim1 sinyal hanya mentok di 3G kemudian tdk lama restart, tp kalo di sim2 aman aman aja

Coba ke bagian settings > network & internet > mobile network > sim 1 > Preferred network type. Udah 2G/3G/4G blm?
