My phone won't charge anymore and a pop-up reverse charging keeps appearing, even though i never used my phone to
reverse charge to any other device.
I already brought it to the nearest asus service center at my place (Zamboanga City, Philippines) since last February 19,
i made a follow up they said it's not fixed yet, how long will it take to be fixed? Does Asus have a standard time limit for it to be fixed?..
my phone is still under warranty period since i bought it just last August 2018. what if they couldn't fix it, can i still get a replacement? or a refund? or a compensation?..
Sigh...
