1. Could you tell us the name of the carriers you've tried that have this problem? Will the phone work with SIM cards by other carriers?
Also, please try "safe mode" to see if the issue remain:

3. Which SMS app you use? Also, please provide the app version.
4. If you could not send SMS in tripartite apps, are you using via the Internet(4G), the Wi-Fi, or both? Will it work with other Internet channel? Does the phone operate in the stable signal? Where's the approximate location that this problem appears in?
Please try to reset Network: Setting>System>Reset options>Reset W+K95i-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
5. Please check if the phone storage is ok. Setting>Storage & memory
6. Did the phone break or fall before?
