My phone keep tell me that i have a bad connection and don't finish to download that Is stopped at 99% from days. What i must do?

Say this but Is not true. I have a Zenfone Max Pro M2. Was the version relased some days ago.

Hi kingdomaxe, Is it this version-WW-16.2017.2002.073 you're trying to download? What's your current firmware version? (Settings > About phone > Build number) Did you update by checking update on the phone, or manually download the file from our website? Could you tell us your update steps? Thank you 🙂
