AveranBecause, I didn't buy on my own. My brother bought it for me. And later that month he bought Poco F1 for himself.🙄https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/131159#Comment_131159
Uh that was your decision don't blame anyone else
Like seriously when both were available for same price as you say then why did you choose Snapdragon 636 over a Snapdragon 845 doens't make sense lol
Plus max pro is a entry level phone, poco F1 was a mid range flagship killer

victor2020I ain't got free data, so that whenever anything bad happens because of software update I had to do a factory reset and re-Download about 10Gb of apps. And this is not just with my device. Many users in the past have also reported this bug. It is not going to be fixed by just a factory reset. And also, I am not willing to run my device in safe mode all day just to look for a bug that is clearly a problem with the device firmware. I ain't got time for that. Just fix the damn bugs for the next update.Hi, we'd request you follow the below steps:
1. Clear system cache.
2. Try the same under safe mode:
Hold the power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
3. If still you face the issue
factory reset your phone after taking a full backup : https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1006346/
4. Last option would be to visit the service center to have
a check. Locate here: https://www.asus.com/in/support/Service-Center/India

All this is present in the shit from ASUS, plus a very crappy update and treatment of its users. And there's no need to praise the shit company ASUS. This is a complete bottom, not a company, and it will soon cease to EXIST!!!!
