Multiple user function disabled in Android latest update version 9

Model Name: Asus max pro m1
Firmware Version: 9
Rooted or not: not sure
Frequency of Occurrence: permanent now since latest update today on 27th July 2020
After today update. I am unable to find multiple user account. I had guest account and now there was no option showing at all to create guest or secondary accounts.

Asus need to suggest how to fix this asap

Multiple user function disabled in Android latest update version 9

Multi user feature was not even there in android 9. So i don't know how they removed a feature which was not even there to begin with.
