Mobile freezing & reinstall OS

My mobile is suddenly freezing, hanging in between, also mobile is working slowly.

DIY - I have cleanup all cache including system cache, uninstalled unwanted apps, formatted my phone.

Still with this DIY mobile speed & freezing issue is not solved.

Could you please let me know what can be done. Can I reinstall OS without unlocking Bootloader or any other way to resolve this issue?

Even I'm also facing same issue.. recently i updated to android 10. It was good 2 months now my mobile is freezing if i ckick on something it will take 1 or 2 minutes to open. So i did reset factory nd it was fine about 1 week after again same problem..now I'm thinking to throw my mobile on wall.. very frustrated..plz asus give me suggestions...
