1. Have you ever rooted or unlocked your device before?
2. Does the issue appear right after any system/apps' download or update?
3. Try to take out the sim cards> Insert the empty sim port to the end>Re-insert the sim port with sim card
4. Which sim carrier are you using? Will the device work with other sim carrier?
5. Can't you receive the SIM signal in every place or specific place?
6. Please check your SMMI test: Calculator> type ".12345+=">SMMI TEST>Single Test>SIM Signal Test/Wi-Fi Test
If any of the SMMI tests fails, indicating high possibility of faulty hardware, kindly bring your device to the nearest ASUS repair center for device checking: https://www.asus.com/support/Service-Center-All-Countries/
