hi i cant hear my sound speaker after update Version WW-17.2017.2004.424, but speaker call i can hear, and how to resolve that problem? thanks

Thank you for your asking. For the sound setting, please check on Settings>System>Sound.
If the issue remain, please provide me the screenshot of your sound setting. Furthermore, does the issue remain in phone speaker only or earphones as well? What kind of apps are you performing via "sound speaker"? Could the speaker perform well in calling apps (e,g. Whatsapp)?

Hi, why certain application like OVO, MYPERTAMINA and MYINDIHOME always error can not connect to internet please connect... but i am sure already connect wifi and also mobile data but still the same error.. other app is working... confuse...please help
