Whenever I am using an application with microphone access and my headphones/earphones are plugged in, audio outputs from both headphones and device speaker. Is this some bug or my phone is broken? Is there any way this can be troubleshooted?

Thank you for your reply. I am used to calling Messenger Video Call with cable earphones in V429, yet I haven't encountered the same situation. Kindly try some stay-at-home troubleshooting tips below:
1. Please try to enter "Safe Mode". If the function works well in Safe Mode yet the issue remains out of Safe Mode, please check on any disturbance from the installed 3rd party apps.
# How to enter and exit "Safe Mode"
[Phone/Pad] How to Enter and Exit Safe Mode? | Official Support | ASUS Global2. Please try "the Factory Reset"
Settings>System>Advanced>Reset options>Erase all data(factory reset)
Please note that once the Factory Reset is completed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted.
If the situation still remains the same, kindly let me know. Thank you.

Settings>System>About Phone>Build Number
2. The app name which has the issue.
If you update the app to the latest version, does the situation remain the same?

Yes, WW-17.2017.2006.429
The issue only appears on apps or games with microphone access (e.g. Messenger, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty Mobile etc). Even after updating or reinstalling, the situation remains the same.
It began after the Android 10 update, WW-17.2017.2004.263. After I updated to WW-17.2017.2006.429, the problem is still there.

It began after the Android 10 update, WW-17.2017.2004.263. After I updated to WW-17.2017.2006.429, the problem is still there.
Same charging slow please better fast changing some different system update give phone fota update itself already beta version update better phone also give me my to install prosing . Some battery pack up inring to them
