I can't update to beta 4 or beta 3 from beta 2

I m currently using android 10 beta 2 update in asus zenfone max pro m1
Recently I downloaded beta 4 update from asus website and it's not detecting by the device.
So I asked the customer care they said try to update beta3 and betab4
I downloaded beta 3 and tried again but still it's not detecting
I placed the file at internal storage .
Pls someone help me .

Place the downloaded file in Internal storage ( not in any folders) and then restart your device. If both beta 3 and beta 4 files are there I'm not sure if it will detect the file.

Move the update file to memory card and try to install from recovery mode using external source. It might work.

Move the beta 4 file to another folder and try restarting your phone.
